Last friday a guy asked for my number. i gave it to him today. after i gave it to him someone told me that he was known for flirting and then making fun of the girls he flirts with. also, someone told me that he had told them that he didn't plan on calling me...here's my question: should i confront him or just leave him alone?

Nope..........don't say anything about it. First, I don't know if you can trust the people who have said negative things about him. They may have there own motives in trying to hurt you or make you believe he doesn't like you. If they are right... it will show in time. Sometimes it's better to smile, and know what others are thinking then let on. If he doesn't call.... then I would never act like it bothered me at all. The best pay back, is to ignore someone who hurts you, and go out and get the best thing out there. Keep the chin up... believe in the best, and sometimes it's not always a sunny day ---sometimes we have to stand in the rain.

I would leave It alone, but If he calls you ask him about what people are saying, that he makes fun of girls that he ask out and on hearing that he Is a dog.

leave it alone. don't even worry about it.... if he doesn't plan on calling u, why even think about him?? the problem arises when he DOES call you...!! :) and in the end, u can only judge him for his actions he does to u...u'll never truly know if he is making fun of you after flirting, unless u have inside friends to give u the heads up. so let someone's words AND actions speak for themselves..if they conflict, u got a problem on ur hands. if they match up, gives u more opportunity and reason to Trust him. so if he is nice to u and calls u and asks u out, but u keep hearing crap about how he makes fun of u, it doesn't match up, u can't trust him. but if he calls u up and is cool and u feel that u can trust him, u can give him a chance then. but til he calls, it's not ur problem! don't fall for someone who hasn't proved he deserves u :)

Leave it alone, if he calls you great just be cautious that you don't let on to much about yourself, to be held against you later. And if he does "make fun of you" forget him. Feel sorry for him because his life must suck pretty bad. If he has time to be so worried about you. I learned really early. The only opinion that counts is your own, when it comes to who and what you are.

Leave it alone. If he is a jerk, don't give him the satisfaction of knowing he got a rise out of you. Guys like that are losers and don't deserve anything from you not even your anger. That just adds fuel to the fire and keeps them going.

Well if he doesn't bother you then you should leave him alone...but if he calls tell he how you feel and what you want to say! But if you gave him your phone number....i'd confront him!!

I say that if he's really into you, he would have called you by now. I would leave him alone and if he wants to call you, he will. If not, there are plenty of fish in the sea.

Don"t waste your time confronting him, just leave him alone, when you see him just smile, and keep going, if he calls say, I have to run now, take care.

Don't go to him and start acting ignorant. Just approach him nicely and explain to him that you are not those other girls that he knew before and you demand respect. This is something he won;t expect. If he says anything after that, you have every right to kick his ***!

Confront him with what??? The fact that people gossip about him, including you now?. If he is a jerk you can figure it out on your own.
