you can try italian chatrooms, like on yahoo.it. that's what i do, you could find someone who speaks english and then while you help them improve their english, they can help you with your italian. if that doesn't appeal to you, i can help you out if ya want. I'm not italian, nor am I fluent but i talk to italians online every day in italian so i'm getting there. or i could just hook you up with some of them who speak english, i'm sure they'd be happy to help. if you're interested, my email's floppyduck339@yahoo.com.
