If you are a teacher than I am sure they will reprimand you. The best thing to do in that situation is write the kid up or have a conference with the parents. If you are just the neighbor, again you are setting a bad example but the little punk had it coming to him.

He doesn't bother you again because its the finger of the last kid that said that to you. Then lick your chops like he is your next meal with an insane look in your eye, or even better yet - no emotion at all like you really mean it.

i did that once and got into major trouble
one time i accidentally did it to my bus driver cuz someone painted my finger green and i showed it to her. LOL
i was 5 so cut me some slack

If it happens at school and you're caught ny a teacher you will more than likely get written up.

don't just give him the finger, kick his ***!! you'll feel much better, but you may get grounded, it's worth it though!
