I'm pretty sure I saw a film once with Harrison Ford, where he was in Paris and there was a statue of Liberty, or did I dream this??

DUDE< yeah i saw it when on the Eiffel Tower, first floor/second cant remember, i saw it looking towards La Defense or that cool museum thats like symettrical and it was on the left, on the end of this little strip of land in the Seine, if my memory serves me right but yeah, its a mini replica of the Statue of Liberty i wonder if they know theres a eiffel tower in las vegas

Yes, there are two Statue of Liberty replicas in Paris. One is in the Luxembourg Gardens and is in the western part of the gardens. The other is on a small island in the middle of the Seine, west of the Eiffel Tower and next to the Pont de Grenelle, a modern bridge crossing the river near the Radio France building.

Statue of liberty was a gift from france to the US...it's the only one. except, i think there's a small replica in france, but not the real deal, so to speak.

You're right, it's a small replica located on a small island along the Seine river next to the Pont de Grenelle (Grenelle Bridge), in the 15th arrondissement.

Yes... Hey my grandmother always claimed that we were related to Bartholdi because he comes from the same village in the Vosges region my grandfather was from and our last name is Barth... Never was able to prove it though...
