Well it depend on the length of the relationship, i mean how m\long you to have been net pal.
I have a net pal, and it took me about 6 months before i trusted him. and it has helped me.

It depends.
Sometimes net friends can be the most trustworthy. Just be careful and don't give out any private information (as if you didn't know that already). You'll have to learn to trust slowly but surely... I am pretty sure he's worthy of your trust.

Not fully. This is the internet after all. Have you been watching the news? Chnaces are he or she is a trustworthy person, but there is always that chance. Don't fully disclose all your information to them, keep them at arms length and if you do meet for real, do so at a public place and get to them fully before bringing them home.
