I think modthesims2.com is the best. If they don't have it, someone will often take requests for free.

They don't just crank out the mods and let the user have problems and crash -- but the users test them and publish their ratings. I no longer get mods anywhere else. I have fewer problems with game conflicts since the mods there are often updated for each expansion pack. Five stars are given to highest rated mods. :)
They have some of the nicest replacement skins that make the Sims look more realistic rather than cartoonish and shiny. :)

http://www.xmsims.com is one of my favorite for clothes and hair. she also has links to other websites that have furniture and stuff

If you need more money, then first type in anything, then type in ka-ching, then repeat this several times... if you already know this cheat, then I dunno!!!
