One of my friends had a surprise bridal shower (one of three, but that's another story). It was fun, and she enjoyed it.
Just go and have fun - that's about all you can do with these wedding shenanigans!

Never heard of it??? I have! Pretty much every shower I have been to (wedding shower) has been a surprise. Only a couple of them were disclosed to the bride. I'm definitely all for a surprise wedding shower. I think it's fun!
A baby shower on the other hand - I don't think it's a good idea to surprise a pregnant woman! :)

I've heard of it before. Why does the future bride have to know about the shower? It's the same thing as a surprise birthday party, they know that they're birthday is coming up just like the bride knows that her wedding is coming up. It's not weird at all.

Moms get crazy when they're daughters get married! A surprise Wedding Shower would be nice, no stress for the bride and groom! No one will think twice about it. Let her do what she wants. :)

It could be fun depending on how the bride would feel about it. I wouldn't want this, I would want to know about all of my parties. My favorite party was the one that I knew least about though. I didn't know what kinds of food, games or anything I just knew the time and location!

My bathe isn't until eventually July yet I even have looked only using fact i be responsive to issues get discontinued. Stuff has been offered off considered one of my registries, almost all of it honestly yet it is only my mom going slightly loopy. i honestly do not desire to be responsive to using fact i like surprises so i could desire to have my sister start up checking for me while the time gets nearer so issues could be as much as date as mandatory. So definite I even have looked yet while the time nears I won't.

My thoughts are that it is tacky for a family member to be throwing this woman's shower.
Many showers are surprises, however.

Aren't all showers a surprise?
Around here they are, unless someone spoils it.
