Or a free program that will do it? I want to put together a couple dozen wallpapers and have them randomly be displayed for each time I load windows.

Do a google for "wallpaper changers". there are free ones available. But make sure it is for Windows XP, because it is different then the other versions of Windows.

Yes there is and is 1 of the best Web shot's, It gives you a calender and you do not have to just download wallpaper from them, You can save any image search and upload it to web shots. It will change your paper up to ever 15 min's go to options under camera if you download it. It is aw-some but if you pay for web shots you can download unlimited.But if you do free version 5 per day. Good luck contact me if you need help trying to figure it out.

Webshots can let you set it to change. You can get a new pic every 15 min even! Go to their site n dl the software. nos spyware with it, you can use your own photos.
