In the long run, yes, but you also would have to be fit, not just eat healthy. The thing is, though, that healthier foods these days are more expensive now but that doesn't mean you can't save in the long run. But you are right that it will save on the medical bills and medications and things like that. Also being healthy, not just eating healthy will more likely get you a better job/career, because employers like healthy employees, so you'll be able to make better money! And also, you will live longer and your life is priceless!!

Well I eat alot of healthy foods and never get sick but fresh produce and healthy meats cost alot of money.I spend over 100.00 a week on food alone without my other groceries.

No, I don't believe so. The healthier the food is, the more expensive it is. All the junk food is so cheap, like frozen dinners, pizzas, etc. No wonder this country is overweight!
