Let's do it!!! Sign the contracts, and we're good to go.

They could keep 95% of the winnings in exchange for all the media & merchandise rights. I'd film the whole thing for video & dvd. The books would sell. Infomercials. T-Shirts, hats ...

If that person lost money, then I'd sue for not delivering what was promised & reimbursement for my time / money.

Either way, I'll get paid.

There is no secret that i know of. I deal poker in Las Vegas, and the only people i know that make money on gambling are three people who play poker full time and one guy who bets sports, and all of these people are extremely talented at what they do. Every single game in the casino with the exception of poker has a house advantage, so in the long run you are sure to lose money to the house. The 3 guys i know who play poker for a living are very good, i know i wouldn't want to play them and the guy who bets sports for a living used to be a handicapper and he two is very smart. So not just anyone can come and beat the house, these hotels are not made on winners, they are built on lots of losers. But if you would like to come to Vegas and show me your killer winning ways i would love to see you try and succeed.

I'd give them 25% of my winnings.

But honestly I would be highly skeptical. Most strategies and methods of winning are really tedious and boring and are more like work than fun.
