i assume since you're asking that you're new into the workout scene... in which case, YES!!!!

you need to allow you muscles to heal after a hefty run... usually a day will do, sometimes more.. but again, this all depends on how hard you push yourself and what kind of shape you are in now....

No, it's worse to run once in a while. Your body adjusts to physical activity, and when you stop running for a few days your body adjusts to that as well, so when you start again your heart isn't used to intense physical activity

No. it is not bad. if you push yourself to the limits everyday then you could hurt yourself. but if you vary your workouts you will be fine. switch between running long distances, running hills, and doing sprints. and it is also good to take a day off now and then.

No. It's good. As long as you eat enough. I think its good because running everyday, you're going to need to consume more food to give you the energy to run.

no it's healthy
it just depends if it's a 5km jog or a 10km that your running
try to vary the distence for jog to jog
