theres no real way to fix them.. but you do need to start by constantly taping them before running or doing strenuous activity. Get some foam wrap and tape. Tape them about 3/4 of the way up your shin. If that doesnt help, see a doctor.

unfortunately, rest, you could still do low impact excercise
