First of all, not all water tastes the same. It depends on if it's tap water (and how it's treated) or bottled water and how it's produced and where it's from.

People that go out and buy water in bottles when they have healthy tap water at home are idiots. Sure, if you're out and need something a water is a good choice and that's fine. But to all the people that religiously buy bottled water because you think it makes you cool. You're just lining the pockets of people that are smarter than you...

Aquafina -
No not all water taste the same. If you get a more generic brand you can tell, also when you are hung over, you can totally tell the difference. Don't buy Jewel or Dominics or any basic drinking water, you might as well fill the jug up in the sink.

Definitely not!! We have a well and the water tastes great - much better and colder from the tap than city water. As far as bottled water, I would say Ice Mountain tastes the best.

Definitely not all the same. For bottled water I like Aquafina, Dasani, and Evian....some of the cheap ones like what you buy at WalMart, they taste like mud, or like metal, depending where they're from and what's in them. Yuck.
Some tap water is okay too, it depends on how old your plumbing is and what materials were used. I drink the tap water at work, but at home I put it all through my Brita filter, it tastes better after.

No. The taste depends on where you live and how many different types of minerals are present in the different underground reserves. Well I live in Jamaica and almost all our local bottled water have added nutrients so it's different from the North American Brands- more tasteful.

Actually I think that different waters taste really different. There are differences in tap water due to sediment and treatments, and differences in bottled water due to location, sediment, filtration, and added minerals. For example, I am allergic to Avalon brand water- it breaks me out in hives. Aquafina gives me a dry, sore throat. I like Fuji water the best, and the next best is Nestle.

No it's all in the purification process, where chlorination produces the worst tasting water, the cleanest but yukiest.
