I would try sending the card to the Australia Zoo:

I believe that's the address...the site is not coming up due to all of the requests throughout the world...it was a tragic event and I'm sure Steve's family will greatly appreciate your kindness.

I would suggest sending anything to the Australia Zoo. I tried googling the addy for you but the site keeps crashing
