Is she always spitting up? She should be tested for acid reflux and to see if she's intolerant to breastmilk. I hope it's acid reflux so you can give her meds and continue to breastfeed her. Good luck!

You need to go to the doc and have her checked for reflux. Also, my friend just found out that her 6 week old is going to have to have surgery because the opening to his intestines is to small. He has been vomiting often, he is formula fed, so keep breastfeeding no matter what since formula is difficult to digest and will make the problem worse.
Also, try limiting the amount of time she is on the breast, and move the feedings closer together. Also try to express a little milk before putting her on the breast. If she is having problems with reflux, then limiting the amount of milk at each feeding, and the keeping her upright all the time (in a carrier strapped to you, or a swing) will help.

My son had a lot of tummy problems when he was born. The biggest problem was caused by the pyloric muscle underneath his stomache. The flap didn't work right so he just threw up all over the place every time he ate. The called it Pyloric Stenosis. They did an operation on him at 5 weeks old. It's deffinately worth checking out.

Are you taking anything / eating anything a pregnant woman shouldn't eat? No different when you're breast feeding.
Is she gaining weight? Definately go to the doctor.

take her to the doctor. i have no idea what this is. get air conditioning. try feeding her somethinge else, like an infant formula. how old is she? how long has this been going on? is she underweight? maybe it's something more serious than the eating. has she been tested for anything?
