A ripe banana and some natural orange juice. It´s not recommended to eat processed sweets as candy because they would shoot your sugar levels very high and they would drop again a few minutes after you eat them. In contrast, natural sugar, that is, fructuose, has a longer lasting effect on blood sugar and it won´t raise it too high

high protein w/ little sugar to start your day. I have this problem myself and find my blood sugar will not suddenly drop when I skip the carbs and sugar early in the day.
