My wife is a hairdresser, she says " If the perm has fallen out in 2 days, then go back to the salon and show them that it is gone, they might not have made the right choice in perm for your hair type or wrapped it in the best way for maximum curl potential. Make sure that you don't wash your hair for a good couple of days after you get the initial perm. Do not brush your hair at all either. Use only a pic. Do not wash your hair in hot water ( warm water only with a mild shampoo after a couple of days) or put it in any kind of styling aid such as brets, or pull it into a pony tail cause that will straighten it. Your hair is very tenuous when you get it permed as you are changing the molecular structure of the hair strands with chemicals.
Pulling it straight in the first 2 weeks will weaken the curl and you'll pay alot of money for nothing."

You probably did not get a perm, you just curled your hair. If you got a salon perm, you shouldn't wash your hair for a day or so.

You shouldn't wash your hair for 3 days after a perm, if it fell out, get a refund!

You didn't say whether your question is from experience or curiosity. Here goes; if it didn't last more than 2 days, you may have shampooed your hair on the same or next day. If you did not do so, get your money back and never patronize that salon again.

I would advise you to get it professionally done - that, or get another stylist.
