I am not a gym fan and I have found learning some simple pilate exercises from videos is great for toning.

Pilates is ok but if your looking for a quick and simple toning exercise heres an easy one that you can do at home. Grab a broom handle, center it behind your head, grab it overhand on both sides. (as if there were buckets on either end), stand straight up (preferbally in front of a mirror), keeping your legs shoulder length apart, twist your upper torso from left to right being sure not to move your hips and/ or feet. This exercise will hit lower and middle abs as well as your obliques (love handles). It works for me. Hope this was helpful. b safe.
