good question

A few of the easierst ways:

1. Trim your ends every 6 weeks.

2. Condition every other day.

3. Never use a brush on wet hair, when it is at it's weakest. Opt for a large tooth comb to free the snarls.

4. Lay off the heating irons and blowdryers, and let your hair air-dry, or use a towel.

5. Do not ever use non-coated rubber bands, pull at your hair, or twist it too tightly. Having hair in tight ponytails also breaks it.

Good luck, hope this helps!

Specific to your problem of split ends, use "Segals" Brand 'Shampoo for Damaged & Dry Hair' and 'Conditioner for Damaged & Dry Hair'. For strong and healthy re-growth of hair from roots with a better texture and to arrest premature Hair Fall use "Segals" brand 'Advanced Scalp Formula' and 'Advanced Hair Root Supplement'.

Hair Wash

The best way of washing hair is with Aritha and Shikakai Powder. It does not have any chemicals or any other side effects. Aritha and Shikakai powder is available at any General stores or even a banyan shop.

Shampoos

Dry Hair - Egg, Herbal shampoo or any shampoo for dry hair.

Normal Hair - For normal hair fruit shampoos or henna shampoo is good.

Home made conditioners

Add ¼ cup of vinegar in ½ bucket of water. This will give a good shine to your hair. Mix curds and egg yolks together and apply it for 1hour.

Try tonic Hair Oil’s powder - Put 4 tsp of this powder in water, boil it and after cooling down apply it on hair. This will stop hair loss, rejuvenate and nourish your hair.

The best thing to do is to get it trimmed every couple of months, but in between make sure to condition it every day. I also use a deep conditioning treatment once a week.
