I need to drink atleats 8 glasses of water daily, but am unable to do so coz of A/c...so I land up drinking maximum 4 glasses a day which is not enuff. :-(

I try to drink at least 1/2 gallon of water per day. In addition to that, I usually drink diet soda, Coors lite, and milk. Coors lite has a lot of water in it. Remember, by the time you feel thirsty, your body is already a little dehydrated.....better to presumptively hydrate.

You can actually drink enough water to kill yourself. This is particularly likely when you go on sipping water while running or exercising for a prolonged period. You continue to sweat and lose sodium, and once the amount falls below a certain level (hyponatremia), your heart stops.

depending on your activity level you should have at least 1/2 oz- 1oz. per pound of body weight. I am about 120- 122 lbs, so i drink a gallon a day (126 oz.) I am active, but it's still a good idea to drink at least 1/2 oz. or more per pound.

certain it helps! ingesting water on a daily basis replenishes and flushes your equipment. Lighter urine i imagine is a good out come. If the lighter urine makes you experience uncomfortable take a multi-diet with B-complicated supplement on a daily basis and your urine will be a good darkish yellow because what your body does no longer soak up, of the B-complicated, is excreted via your urine. proceed to drink water on a daily basis and take excitement in the benefits of doing so----your body receives excitement out of your efforts!!!!
