Statutory rape. Even if you agree to it, legally, since you're not of the age to consent (18), he is criminally liable

Only if you are uncomfortable and being pressured. If you are asking if a parent can press charges on your boyfreind for rape because he is, by law, considered an adult?!! I do not think that they could, because they also consider sixteen and seventeen adults. The only thing by law that an eighteen yearold can do and not a seventeen is buy cigarettes'!!!

Under the law it is considered rape, do your parents know about it? if you agree with having sex with the guy and you don't consider that as raping everything is fine, but just be careful and don't get caught doing it in the car or a public place because you're gonna regret your whole life, and he'll go to jail for sure.

Did he force you to have sex with him? Did he still have sex with you after you say no and won't let him touch you? If so, yes that's rape and yes the law say if you under 17 he could easily go to prison.. It is your choice to make this decision .. If you think to let him go and do the same senario again to other girls then don't file a report.. But please use your head and help others by filing a report on him.. It is not right ...

The law says so. Anyway.....You should think twice before you take a decision like that. You're still too young and you gonna give your boyfriend something you should save to the man you'll marry. Will your boyfriend be your husband?

Age is irrelevant where rape is concerned. If he raped you, you need to tell your parents and call the police.

Now, if you are asking about Statutory Rape, that's another issue. Depends on the state you live in.

If you say no and he still goes ahead then it is rape. If you are under 16 and say yes and he does it, that is a whole different crime and not good at all

One it depends on your State, two its always rape if you said no!!!! No matter what age.... usually its hard to prove rape if it is just an age thing unless your parents are upset and wanting to prosecute!!!

I would say no as you are old enough to understand but the law would consider it rape so keep it to yourself unless you want to see your boyfriend arrested.
