you would need to get a perfect render of the face. A good cut-out in other words. I find using the magnetic tool to work great, maybe with some feather and some very good blending.

eloo, the easiest and best way is by using the stamp button on the side of the pane....go to the image that you want to copy, lets say the face press alt, and click on the face...
go to the body and press the mouse left button and there u goooo.....;)
