I worked at an home alarm company at night. They always need folks to monitor the alarms, very few alarms go off at night and you have quite a bit of free reading time. All you have to do is call the home and police and follow up on the call for a resolution. Very easy job if you don't get excited easily and are good with people on the phone.

See if you can be a cashier at a grocery store. It is pretty easy work, except on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Or better yet, see if you can be a stocker in a grocery store. I was a cashier all 4 years of college. It paid the bills!
