If you have a string, and an unaware alligator, you will be ready, throw a dime in front of the gator, and tell your friend to go get it. When he does, shove a piece of meat down his pants and throw him in front of the alligator, while the alligator is...busy, take out your string and rap around your hands tightly. Jump on the alligator, and wrestle him to the ground, tie the rope around the gators throat, and pull. If your friend starts screaming from the pain, start choking him because his screams might alert the alligator of you choking him. When that is done, continue with the chocking of the gator. Once dead, pick it up, and sling it over your shoulder, and then bring it back home to be deep fried and covered with ketchup.

It's a slang term referring to male masturbation. There are hundreds of slang terms for this, but I think "choking the chicken" is more well-known that "choking the alligator."
