I do in fact believe in ghosts, more often referred to as "earth-bound spirits". Hans Holzer the author of "GHOSTS-True Encounters With The World Beyond", describes a ghost as the "surviving emotional memories of people who have not been able to make the transition from their physical state into the world of the spirit-or as Dr. Joseph Rhine of Duke University has called it, the world of the mind." He feels that the reason that ghosts have not been able to make the transition is because their death was a horrible one and that they do not realize that they are actually dead. Ghosts then relive their deaths over and over through thier emotional memories until a living person lets them know what happened to them and tells them that is ok to "cross over" or "go into the light".
I lived in a "haunted house" for 7 years and have experienced many things there that could not be given a rational explantion. Things like TV channels changing on thier own with no outside help, radios playing without being plugged into an outlet and no batteries, objests levitating across the room. Believe me when I say that there definitely are ghosts, spirits, whatever word you would like to use they are here.
My mother was murdered and my daughter drowned and I have seen them both in wide awake experiences. Although it was only a glimpse I knew for absolute certain that I saw them. I do not however see them all the time and I have never had a conversation with them. During a time of my life when I was really depressed and missing them terribly is when I saw my glimpses, just enough for me to realize that they know my grief and to let me know that they care.
There are those who believe in demons and I am one of those. These are evil spirits that have never walked the earth in human form and are invited to walk this earth by those people who use ouija boards, seances , and automatic writing without knowing what they are doing. This is where possession comes in. If you are interested in this subject about ghosts, spirits, and demons please do alot of research before you start messing with things that you know nothing about.
Here is one website that you can start you research:

I believe in ghosts and most things supernatural, if only because I've always had this feeling there is more than what we can see. Many of my friends have had events that were supernatural happen to them including a ghost sighting here or there. I myself have only once seen anything ghost like and that was a light orb that I caught in a photograph I was taking of a Mosque in China.

I have seen a ghost and had dealings with others. Usually it is a person who has died without resolving a big issue in their life. I worked at a hospital with dying people and the 'ghosts' I encountered couldn't let go of their life on Earth. A mother who didn't want to leave her children but died young, a nurse who loved her profession so much she roamed the halls after she had died in a car accident, etc.

yes I do believe in ghosts. my house is hauted, my family and seen it and so have the people who lived here before. me and my dad have seen it the most, its a grey figure you cant really tell if its male or female tho. quite often we can hear it walking around the house and things often go missing but they turn up if you ask to have them back. I dont think that it would try to harm anyone beacuse we've lived here for nearly 7 years and nothing bad has happend but it's kinda scary when you can hear it in the room above you and theres no one else in the house

I saw one on a tube train about 15 years ago. At least that's what I think it was! The train carriage stopped in a tunnel. The man sitting opposite was reading his newspaper and looked as solid as anyone!
I was in the train with my aunt and we were the only 3 people in the carriage. The light flickered. Darkness fell for a split second and he was gone! We looked but he was gone. We got off at the next station and never spoke of it.

I've seen lots of so called evidence that is easily explainable like doctoring an image in Photoshop. I've never seen a ghost or any evidence that proves they exist.

yes. I believe that they try to communicate because they are either suffering, or they can't move to the other side.
I also believe that people who've passed ontry to communicate with their living loved ones. Little seemingly insignificant messages... "coincidences"-- more like a series of coincidences means they are just letting us know that they are where they belong. and they are still watching over us.
I've had a few things happen.

I believe in spirit creatures, formerly angels, who rebelled against their creator. These beings pretend to be our dead loved ones.
The scriptures that back this up would be those that show that the dead have no knowledge and similar, as well as the ones showing the existence and conduct of those disobedient angels. (references available)
