Yes you can do it! Read think and grow rich and apply it to your life in all areas!!!
Bad days - everyone has them, so you go for a walk and you turn it around. It's more the intensity that you can control because somethings in life were meant to depress us so it's a matter of how long we're depressed. and then here are some things that you can take some control over how you feel by using some of the strategies listed below: 1. Learn some ways to relax and incorporate them into your daily routine. Even if too much stress and tension aren't the cause of your depression (although they very well might be), they certainly aggravate it. 2. Identify things that are pleasant for you and plan them into your schedule. Research suggests that depressed people have a lack of pleasurable events in their lives and that they actually avoid things that give them pleasure. 3. Increase your activity level. Unfortunately, depressed individuals don't have much energy for exercise, so they tend to remain inactive. Low activity level serves to increase depressed feelings, which then inhibit activity further. To break this cycle, schedule daily exercise that is appropriate for your lifestyle and conditioning level. Take a walk, it's not how fast you walk, it's just the movement - the act of doing it. Remember the turtle and the rabbit. The turtle won the race because he kept on moving at a slow comfortable pace. It's the fact that he finished the race that's important. 4. Identify self-ctitical thoughts and switch to self-rewarding thinking. In other words, get off your back. It is easy to make yourself depressed by being overly harsh and critical. 5. Analyze your social behavior. Many depressed people are lonely and isolated. By learning new social skills and assertive communication, you can often get needed support . 6. Children might avoid the need for presciption antidepressents and if the one of the parents are depressed, getting the parent help can prevent the child from becoming depressed. 7. Listen to soft soothing relaxing music or something with lots of rhythm. Music is to the spirit of mankind like a bandaid is to a cut. 8. Learn way to control your anger ie: a hobby such as karate, tae kwan do, tia chi, yoga or anger management classes. 9. Learn to meditate. Two minutes, 10 minutes and 20 minutes. 10. Research shows that depressed people tend to be deficient in mostly B vitamins. Take a B vitamin complex and 5000 mg of sublingual vitamin B12. 11. Drink lots of water add a few drops of apple juice or grape juice to the water to give it a sparkle. Research shows that even a little dehydration can cause us to be depressed. There is a better way!

I used to be and never would have thought there was light at the end of the tunnel. There is!! Spiritually bankrupt is what you are and you can get better. See your physican or a therapist. You can do things for yourself like meditation(get some books, tapes etc. on the subject if necessary). Do you realize you have a purpose? You started out as one cell...what a miracle, no one is just like you! We create most of our frustrations and torments all by ourselves..no one can cause it unless you allow them to. Good Luck and may God Bless you!!

Do you have a friend to share this with, or a priest/minister...
someone who will just let you vent........not try to fix you....just let you share what is making your frustrated......can you pick a physical outlet when you feel this way.....try jogging, running, situps, pushups, or saying/screaming into a pillow.........I am frustrated and I have a right to be..........
I have a right to get thru this....
tomorrow is a new day....
even though I'm stuck today.
Yes, you're stuck, ok then, so what.
Let Go.........and try to pray to the universe for a new way to handle those thoughts...............Love yourself, and if others are causing the frustration, then you are better off without those toxic people. You are worth the struggle, and someday you may help another with their frustration. Your peace and your soul and your heart deserve a second chance, every time you need it.
Yes forgive yourself for everything and help yourself to doing one good thing for one stranger every day if you can, even if it's just to whisper a prayer for them.
Now, as far as your enemies, pray that they help others or learn to, then go back to praying for yourself! My best regards!

See a psyhcologist or psychiatrist. The first is just talk therapy...they will help you identify the reason you are this way. Good choice if you want to avoid meds unless they determine they are absolutely necessary, which then they will send you to a family doctor or psychiatrist. They are generally also quicker to get into.
The latter can prescribe meds....but it seems they often use this as a first resort over finding the true cause. Good luck to you....and yes, it WILL get better!!

Please try not to feel this way I know it is hard. Have you tried seeing a Psychiatrist for the way that you are feeling? There could be underlying problems that may be making you feel this way. Chances are you may need an anti-depressent to help you to feel better. Please if you need more help than I can offer maybe call a hotline like the suicide hotline even if you aren't suicidal they will talk to you and even give you suggestions on what to do to get help for yourself.

You should also be ashamed of yourself. Some people are born with out legs,retarded,2 heads etc. And they keep on enjoying life. Look around you, i bet someone has it worse than you.
