i have had a mice problem at my home, and i think the mice have goten inyto her cage at night, i know that has probaly cased the stress, and her plucking, today i removed her from the home, she is at my neigbors, what can i do to make it better? should i keep a light on her? keep her warm? what can i do? how long till the feathers will grow back?

Well, if your cage is well secured I don't think it may be mice. She might be itchy. It could also be allergies. Don't worry about it unless she plucks out all of her feathers until you can actually see the skin underneath. If that occurs than you need to take immediate care, by taking her to the vet. All birds lose feathers, it's kind of like a cycle. Get rid of the old feathers grow new feathers. It's a natural thing birds do. I've had many many birds and they all did the same. They would even pluck out their tails! What they're doing is getting rid of the old feathers that come out loosely. So don't worry about it.

she is bored out of her mind! its a common problem for birds, they werent ment to be kept in a cage. Try spending more time with her and/or buy her some now toys.

Keep her company, keep her in the house, near you, and talk to her a lot.
