It's brave to die for what you believe in. But in no way is it brave to kill someone. Terrorist make an effort to hurt and kill the defenseless. What's brave about killing a little girl or a pregnant women?

Evil is when people believe bad things are acceptable.

They are not brave because they kill. Many cowards are killers, especially of innocent people, animals, etc. Terrorist can indeed be considered brave because they know they'll die and still go ahead with what they believe in. But that also makes them fanatics and stupid.
