Too much of anything can be bad. I'd say stay away from tea with caffeine and a lot of sugar in it. It's not good for your health.

Dont worry, there is no dangger indrinding tea, if it is kept at under control(not more than teice a day).
The tea must contain less sugar.
This amount is essential for the human body, thats what i say.

tea is a broad term...green tea and black teas have both caffeine in them, but green tea has antioxidants very importat cancer preventing ingridients and beneficial for body. caffeine isnt bad for you if done in moderation. red africal tea is very tasty and naturally caffeine free for example.
drinking caffeineted beverages like tea, coffee, soda is not healthy for people with heart problems. decaf tea maybe slightly danger to liver.
moderation is the answer.

Tea is good 4 ya, it contains iodine and fluoride which is essential 4 your body functions. The only cons that I would find is maybe change in the color of your teeth if you drink too much.
