Not all are alot of work and not all are nuts. Just like humans they have thier own personalities and just because we choose a pet doesnt mean that the pet chooses us or that the two will get along with out making some adjustments and extra attention. Just like being a parent , one kid might be a blessing and the next one a total mess. You just have to work alittle harder at keeping them in line.

Well, I am a dog lover but I wouldn't disagree that they are a lot of work. From day one, it's non-stop training, shaping, correcting, exercise needs, food needs, vet needs, babysitting, etc. Since getting my pup a month ago I have never felt so busy. But it's worth it, because hopefully all my work and time will pay off and I'll have a well adjusted dog.

I suppose that's the price we pay for unconditional love and companionship.
so, then you don't think that dogs are a lot of work as "the rest of the world does?"
They go nuts because they're happy to see you. you should be happy that your pet shows so much enthusiasm when he sees you. it's a compliment. he loves your attention..

Dogs are exteremly hard work most of the time! The reason for this is that dogs have much smaller brains than humans and they have a low attention spand, so when training they get distraced.

They are a lot of work but they are Worth it!! Who else in your home gets that excited to see you walk in the door? Nothing beats the love and affection your dog will give without expecting a lot in return!

They are pack animals and see you as a apart of the pack. The lower members of the pack depend on the higher members to protect and provide for them.
Dogs are a babysitting job but they are so worth it.
