Your Quadratus Lumborum, i think thats spelled right. A muscle in the low back. Sit cross leged the bend foreward, try to keep the tailbone on the floor. Then repeat to right and left, switch foot on top, then repeat again. This streatch should help.

That could be alot of things. Kidney infection, arthritis, your sciatic nerve, If I were you I would go to a doctor.

Good grief.........go to a doctor! It could be an inflamed ovary, blocked fallopian tube, ectopic pregnancy........it could be lots of stuff some more dangerous than others.....do you want to risk your well-being?
