Good question!
From a higher dimension would the universe be seen as flat?
Thou I can see that the Earth would be seen as flat, centered, not moving, I do not see quite how the universe could be seen as flat. But I've never seen the earth, nor the universe from a higher dimension.

If you travel in any one direction in the universe, it would appear that you are traveling on a plane, and in that case it is apparently flat. Likewise, if you switch directions, it would seem as if it were a plane again, but what you must take into account is a return to the point of origin. If you travel indefinitely in one direction, if you do not return to the point of origin, then it can be assumed that you are traveling upon a path that is a plane, because if it were any other sort of shape or space, you would end up returning to your point of origin. I think the safest point of view currently, since we have not been able to go very far into the universe, is to assume that the universe is not flat, but something else...although, there is no proof for any of the theories right now.

Flat implies that there are only two dimensions, (length and width, like a plane). However, we are three dimensional beings living in time (the fourth dimension), so no the universe can't be flat because WE aren't flat and we are IN the universe. The universe as four dimensions, possibly, but not two.

That depends on the dimensional perspective from which the universe is being observed... and beyond that, it depends upon the mass of the universe, which is unknown... so the jury is still out with respect to the 'flatness' of the universe; hence, he only rational position is to be a flatness agnostic.

The universe is not flat. It has breadth height and thickness. It has the volume. However it remains to be verified scientifically for better understanding.

Flat and rectangular:
Isaiah 11:12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
And sits on pillars according to 1 Samuel 2:8, Job 9:6, Psalm 75:3, Joel 2:30.

I don't think so. It might be flat in the 5th dimension, or something like that,..
