"Sudden Death and Pre-existing Structural Cardiac Abnormalities or Other Serious Heart Problems
Children and Adolescents"
"Pre-Existing Psychosis
Administration of stimulants may exacerbate symptoms of behavior disturbance and thought disorder in patients
with pre-existing psychotic disorder."
"Seizures
There is some clinical evidence that stimulants may lower the convulsive threshold in patients with prior history
of seizure, in patients with prior EEG abnormalities in absence of seizures, and very rarely, in patients without a
history of seizures and no prior EEG evidence of seizures. In the presence of seizures, the drug should be
discontinued."

The best place to answer your question is to refer to a book called the "Drug Facts and Comparison" which can be found in most medical library at various medical/nursing/dental/vetinary/pharmacy/ basically any medically oriented school. This book will give the best over view of any drug that you may be interested in plus drug drug intereactions. Mind you that this is a book meant for medical personel so the info will be very complex. But I think that you can get the basic idea of what you want. This the best source to get information of side affects of the drug. And note if this still doesn't satisfy your needs, lots of medical libraries also allow you to browse their online articles on a number of subjects. In the medical field many depend on journals and articles to stay current on the lastest drugs.
