The "negative" thing about Bhagavad-gita is that rascals, fools, atheists, lowest among men and those whose knowledge ar stolen by illusion never accept it. It is confirmed in Bhagavad-gita (7.15) itself:

na māḿ duṣkṛtino mūḍhāḥ

prapadyante narādhamāḥ

māyayāpahṛta-jñānā

āsuraḿ bhāvam āśritāḥ

"Those miscreants who are grossly foolish, who are lowest among mankind, whose knowledge is stolen by illusion, and who partake of the atheistic nature of demons do not surrender unto Me."

Another negative thing is that mundane scholars write many unauthorized comentaries and explanations on Bhagavad-gita without any understanding of the real purpose of the Bhagavad-gita.

You're probably going to get a lot of answers like, "Jesus isn't in it"... I dont' know of any negative aspects of either religion.
