Friend hug vs. I like you hug. What is the difference besides the pat on the back friendly hug. Is it the hand placement? What are your thoughts..

of course there are differences. the friend hug between a guy and a girl, is usually higher in the back, whereas the I like you hug will be significantly lower, and may, though not necessarily, include buttock contact. There is also the question of length, a firendly hug will be decidedly shorter in length than the I like you hug. In addition, there may be cheek to cheek contact in the I like you hug, as well definite breast mashing.

In a friendly hug the person pats you on the back and usually does not stand so close to you. In fact, the closeness is almost awkward.
In a sensuous hug the entire body is pressed close. The shoulders are also encased in the hug.

Well, if you do a fast hug, I would think that is a friend hug. If you do a long hug and try to make out with the person at the same time, that is a in-love hug.

There is a difference in hugs. Hugs are important and you can differentiate between the sincere and the insincere: lenghth of the hug, amount of squeez, and head placement

I'd say the difference is how long the hug lasts and whether or not it's followed by looking into each other's eyes. The eyes tell the feelings behind the hug.

well in a friend hug u can kinda tell have a friend feeling adn it is like a hey watz up hug
but in a i like you hug u can tell that the person has some feelings because either they hug longer then they hug everyone else they hold on to your arm as u let go or they look into your eyes u just know

A friendly hug is a plain ole hug...an I like you hug is a close, warm, hold on kind of hug. Believe me the other person will notice. Your bodies will be closer and itll last longer than a friendly ole hug.

a friend hug is stuff and there's no friction and lots of air pockets in the embrace. A "I'm enjoying this beyond the platonic level" kind of a hug is where the bellybuttons touch, the sexual organs rub, and the arms are fully embraced in a circular pattern.
If a guy hugs you like that, run like hell unless you're into putting into tree stumps.

Hand Placement can have something to do with it, also length of time the woman wants to stay their.
But There's Not To Much You Can Safely Read From It.
If your making a whole relationship up on it, then you have the potential to be a rapist. or just very dillusional.
