I dont think it's a myth that it could affect your vision. Just because one person does it and it doesnt affect their vision doesnt mean it doesnt affect someone else's. Or maybe somehow their soul is just saving up until theyre old and then all of a sudden they'll start to lose their eyesight or go blind. There's no logical reason why anyone should get bad vision or old age. Conservation of sexual energy--it's in all the ancient sacred texts

No its not too young to masturbate. Masturbation is a healthy and normal thing to do. Its a great way to get to know your own body and your likes and dislikes. It should be done in private not in public settings.
