Witch Hazel, it's a natural antiseptic that will help w/the bumps, use it every day on a cotton ball. It won't sting like alcohol.

No, no creams or lotions. That will only make it worst. The best solution to your problem is what everyother person said. Start with a fresh new blade (preferably 3-4 blades), use sensitive skin/fragrance free shave gel. Then I agree, use either witch hazel or aloe vera. Both have worked for me. Also try to shave at night and apply before bed, that way it won't be so irritating during the day.

Prefer waxing instead of shaving. If you do shave, use shaving cream, a new blade and lots of skin cream afterwards. Only cream can help you for the rash too.

The cause is what youre using to shave with. You need to find something more moisturizing. Thats all. Also consider using mens shave gel/foam as it has ingredients to stop wahts called Hair bumps. No matter where you get them, theyre all the same. Thats it.
