As absurd as it sounds the best singer, in my opinion, is a very good friend of mine, Astra. Her whole self comes through her voice, it's amaazing. Failing that, Regina Spektor.

Julie Andrews who sang in the "Sound of Music" gave me goosebumps when she sang. Her voice was so clear and powerful. I would have to rate her as the most vibrant female singer I have ever heard.
