Drew is a doctor, and a great one at that, but Adam knows more about the realities of dating today's woman than Drew does. Is Dr. Drew just trying to stay less definitive & negative because he comes from a therapy background?
Dr. Drew almost never questions the insightful negative things Adam says about men.

adam provides a different perspective than dr.drew, and tv folks know this, and they also know that having more perspectives is better tv than just one.

I think he just does it because Adam's answers are funny and he does it for the ratings. I have not listened to their show in a LOONG time, but that is my first thought.
