EWWWWWWWWW sugar ???!!!!

Neither. Salt is not healthy. Pepper is healthier. Tomatoes w/ pepper :) I like having toasted tomato sandwiches w/ pepper.

I used to eat salt but I have been on a no salt diet since I was @ LEAST 16. I'm gonna be 27 next mo. I used to put it on my cucumbers but now I just eat it plain. Just as good :)

When eating tomatoes raw, all you need is a little salt and pepper. However, when you cook with tomatoes, you should always use a pinch of sugar to offset the bitterness.

When I'm making homemade spaghetti sauce, I cut the acidity with brown sugar, not alot but some.

For blt or tomato salad I use salt.
