there are a lot of things that cause mood swings. Hormone imbalances, pregnancy, drugs, even stress. For me, Stress is the biggest reason. It causes lack of sleep, muscle pain and all that adds up to major mood swings

Yes. Chemical imbalance is the cause of mood swings. When people make you angry or influence your mood, the chemicals become imbalanced and a mood swing occurs. This is the very simplest explanation.

Internal chemical breakup and un-balanced makeup of your bodies normal everyday functions. Our blood work, cell structure and overall tissue types, have to be all balanced in order to feel right all the time, since this is not always possible, reactions such as a mood swings for example can occur.
