Ditch the coffee, watch your diet and set up an exercise plan, i know you have no energy but a little bit of exercise will help boost your staminia and you can gradually increase your exercise as your energy increases. BUT BEFORE YOU START ANY EXERCISE you need to see your DR to make sure it is safe to start a exercise routein, and to make sure you are not anemic or have something like MONO or something else going on first.

Eat carbs for breakfast a few mornings with your coffee. Carbs supply energy. Dont over do it on the carbs, but after a few days should help. Its a passing phase, i do it once in a while too. Also, can be contributed to stress or depression. Either of those drain your energy in the morning.Last bit of info, dont sit down with your coffee, stay active, keep moving, regardless of if u feel like or not, clean the house, or jump in the shower. Moving around will promote the heart rate and increase energy levels

3. Are you really stressed out at work?

4. You're not pregnant, are you?

5. Your hormones may be changing.

6. Sometimes, infection in your body will not have any symptoms except for wiping out your energy.

Alot of different things could be making you tired. Go call your doc and make an appointment. Good luck!

You need a lot more iron in your body, females suffer from this all the time,if this is the case you are not eating right and have not done enough exercise which makes your body start to shut down, red meat is a good from of iron, that's why you see a lot of vegerterians get sick and are tired more often. My mind is a bit blank at the moment but also silverbeet and spinach are high in iron content, try searching the web on a guide on vegtables and what has lots of iron in them,If you get stuck just send me an email and I will relate back to you on the best sources.

Make sure to drink a lot of water after your cup of coffee. I feel that the coffee always works better if I am hydrated.

It could be a combination of things or the fatigue syndrome as suggested above, but for me it was anemia. Or low Iron. I was tired all the time no matter what and my periods were going abnormal. I went to the doctor and a routine blood test showed dangerously low levels of iron. Go get checked!

Give up the coffie. You'll feel worse at first but will quite quickly feel better for it. I gave up al caffine and def have more energy now then when I was propping my self up with coffie, waiting for the crash, having another and then not sleeping so soundly at night because of it all. Give up , you'll bebetter off..
