if that is a realtek audio codec then you need to go direct to www.realtek.com.tw
if not then find out the maker of the device and go direct to there website. as your first port of call. if all else fails then you try a search for your drivers from somewhere else.
however the drivers you require should have been provided on a driver disk with your PC or device. remember only one codec Will work correctly with your realtek device so make sure you know which is the right one failure to get the right one could result in the device not working at all.
and even worse if you get the wrong flash bios update for the device then you could prevent the device from working permanently requiring the device to be returned at your own cost to the device manufacturer for repair.

What are 8139 or 8169? Printers? Cell phones? video cards? etc.

Try the manufacturer's website. If there are drivers for something the manufacturer will have them posted on their webiste for free.
