It has been taken off the Windows site so I can't download it from there anymore, is there anywhere else I can download it from?

James, the Beta Version is no longer available or supported, the first Candidate Release is out. Good Luck

I was recently able to download it on the microsoft website as well as on P2P networks. However, the problem is getting a proper lisence key.
