I'll tell you my secret recipe!!
Cut each breast to 2-3 pieces.
Marinate to your taste.
Wrap each piece in a piece of parchment or baking white paper
close each wrap carefully and use a stapler if needed.
Cover the bottom of a wide pan with oil and heat it, fry the wraped chicken 3 minutes on each side. make sure you cover the pan to avoid any oil splashing.
this way the oil never get inside the chicken and the meat becomes so soft and tender.
for best results, user a marinate that has sugar in it to caremalise the chicken.
I suggest: garlic + onion+ ginger+ Soyasauce+ apple or orrange juice+ Salt& pepper+1Tbs sugar. Marinate over night in the fridge or for 2 hours at least

I've tried dozens of chicken breast recipes, and I keep coming back to my old standby. You can add various jarred sauces to vary the flavor, but the basic recipe is all you really need.
Generously salt and pepper boneless skinless chicken breasts. Dredge in flour, then shake off all of the excess. (If you mix the seasonings into the flour, very little gets on the chicken, which is why it's better to season the chicken first.) Preheat a pan (preferably NOT nonstick) over medium high heat. You want a nice hot pan. When the chicken is ready to go, pour a couple of tablespoons of olive oil (or other oil - your choice) into the pan. Give it a few seconds to get hot - it will start shimmering. Put the chicken breasts in - they'll sizzle loudly. Cook for 3 minutes on each side - a little longer if they're really thick. It will form a nice crust on the outside, and the inside will be super juicy.
You can dump some spaghetti sauce into the pan when the chicken is done, then sprinkle a little mozarella over the chicken for an Italian flavor. Try salsa with pepper jack for Mexican flavor. Or put a little barbecue sauce over them. Actually, we like the chicken just as it is, so I seldom add anything else to it.

This chicken is a sure hit. It cooks wonderfully on the grill or the oven.
I like to marinate the chicken breast with Italin Dressing.
Beat each breast with a meat cleaver, fairly thin.( I cover the chicken with wax paper then beat it, therefore there is less mess)
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Slice a onion into small wedges
Roll a wedge of onion in the middle of your chicken.
Wrap chicken with a slice of bacon. Put 2 or 3 toothpicks through the bacon and chicken to keep together.
Cook until bacon is done... If you are using the oven cook at about 350 degrees.

Great (and easy!) recipe for Chicken Broccoli Alfredo:
First saute fresh chopped garlic in a pan with some olive oil. Then add cut (bite sized pieces) of raw chicken breast. Cook until there is no more pink in the middle.
Add alfredo sauce (Bertolli is my FAV) to pan. Have heat set so sauce SIMMERS.
In separate pan cook a bag of frozen (or microwave fresh) broccoli florets. When they are done drain and add to alfredo sauce and chicken.
Serve over cooked egg noodles. It's great reheated too!
You can also use this recipe for shrimp too! I am sure you could add mushrooms, peppers etc. if you wanted. I just like it with the chicken and broccoli though. Enjoy!

A great and easy way to have chicken is to
1. stir fry it with lots of veggies and service w rice or noodles.
2. Bake it in the oven after seasoning it, dip in flour, dip in beaten egg, dip into crushed cornflake crumbs (or bread crumbs) put on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 20 minutes, turn and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until crispy, golden and done. You might want to Pam the pan first or just put a little bit of olive oil on cookie sheet.
3. Chicken divan is another favorite. Cooked rice on bottom of dish, a layer of cooked, chicken pieces or cut up, a layer of broccoli (froz or fresh par-cooked) a can of cream of mushroom soup w/ half can of milk mixed in, pour it all over casserole and top with cheese. Bake. This is sooo good. Salt, pepper as needed between layers and sometimes I even put additional cheese between rice and chicken also.

If you like tomatoes, try boiling the chicken to make it tender, then in another pan put the chicken breast in and add a can of diced tomatoes. Some canned tomatoes have a variety of flavors like basil or garlic. That adds seasoning taste to the chicken so just chicken and tomatoes alone have a good flavor, you can also try it baked the same way. It also looks fancy when served.

I take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and pour apple sauce over them. Then I sprinkle rice crispies cereal on top and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Slice up some carrots and add them around the chicken. Put some butter on the carrots if you like. Then bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

I marinade boneless skinless chicken breasts in either honey mustard or Lemon juice with dill.
Then cover in bread crumbs with a little dill mixed in.
Bake covered at 350 in a greased baking dish for 20 minutes and uncovered for about 5. Check to make sure its cooked all the way.
~or~
Put some oil in a frying pan with a good amound of chili powder, salt and pepper. Fry boneless skinless checken breasts in it...it has a great flavor (not to spicey)
~or~
Fry in a pan with some salt and pepper, serve on a bun with cheese and a sauce made with "red hot" or Wing sauce and Mayo.

Try sauteed spinach.
Cut chicken breast, boneless and skinless, into small pieces.
Dust with garlic and onion powder, pan fry with olive oil, lemon and onion. Saute in fresh spinach when the chicken is done and lightly browned, remove from heat immediately and serve over brown rice.
Wonderful, even for those who don't like spinach!
