I have never heard of a study where they get a bunch of 13 year olds together and have them masturbate to measure their penis. Plus I do not know of any parents who would consent to let that happen. So the answer is, you are as big as you are suppose to be and not any bigger or smaller. Just remember everyone is different and grows at different rates.

Seriously honey, I'm a 27 year old female. I can tell you at your age, THAT SHOULD NOT MATTER. I know your just curious, but take it from the experienced, live life first, do your school work, obviously hangout with better friends who aren't talking about they're penis size. You shouldn't care about that right now and tell the others that girls/women really don't care. These days its not about the penis size, it's the person. So get with it dear. And by the way, I would also refer to masterbation WAY before you think about you know...................it's the cool thing to do at any age! (well, thirteen and older)

ok dude, I am gonna let you in on a little secret. You should not even be worried right now. However, when you are all grown up, you will realize that if you are skilled enough and LISTEN to what a woman's body tells you in bed, size will not matter. I am average and have been with 9 women. NOT ONCE have I had any complaints. Instead you should worry about being able to check your ego at the bedroom door. From that point on, it should all be about the woman you are with! If you can do that, you will be better than most of the guys out there. For now, you are freakin 13. Just enjoy that and don't worry about all this useless nonsense.

Don't worry about the size of your penis worry about obtaining a good education so the money in your pocket would have all the attention rather than the size of your penis. Once you are a nice guy the size of your penis does not matter.
