Where can I get it?

Where in the city of Houston,Texas can I get a recycling bin? Do the neighborhoods that one live in provide that or what?Ive seen a lot of people in my neighborhood have the bins but never got the nerve to ask them?Where can I get one?

Look BFI (or whatever it says on the sides of their bins) up and ask them to provide you with one. It's pretty much just assigned to the house.

Call up the city's municipal department or look it up online. They should help you out.
