I think that knowing you are in love, and knowing that they are the "one" are not always the same thing. Love takes many forms, and you can be deeply in love without them being the "one" for you. You can also find the "one," but falling in love happens more slowly and you don't even realize it is happening for a long time.
The "one" (that will last) is someone whom you adore, you respect, you trust and whom you can work through problems with. The "one" (who lasts) trusts and respects you. The "one" is someone whom you can be angry with and still not question the relationship. The "one" puts you first (or learns to) and you do the same. The "one" takes care of you when you are sick. Physical attraction to each other and having fun together are also very important, but are only the starting point.

The main thing you have to keep in mind, is that being "in love" and actually having a loving relationship is too different things. When I first met my boyfriend, we were "in love". But being "in love" fades. Now that we've been together for a couple of years, I can definately say that we have true love for each other. I think if your "love" stands the test of time then it is true.

u will truly kno when...
they will 4give u for watever u have done and u think about them evry moment of the day. u'll kno when ur truly in love when u get wierd mushy feelings inside when ur aroud that person and u cant and wont stop thinking of them. u'll kno ur truly n love when u fantasies about them and dream about them alot.
u'll just kno because something deep down inside will let u kno . it will be a feeling u have nevr feel b4. not even when u have u 1st crush.

my first sign that i found true love was me not asking that question " am i in love"? if you have to ask the answer is no!
And that is soo true i didn't beleive it untill i met my current lover! He is WONDERFUL and we both LOVE each other so much!
So just remember if you don't have to ask yourself this question then your in love and it's the one!
" is this the one is he the one for me" <-- or any other variations of that quesiton!
