i'm learning more and more from my current boyfriend that all i really need, and want, is Appreciation. to Feel Appreciated:
whether by Words, Gifts, or Being treated a certain way, that's all i need. so, for example, if my boyfriend could just make sure he either compliments me sometimes, or buys me little gifts now and then to surprise me, or holds his temper/irritation in, or tries to make me happy whenever or whatever he is doing.... notice how i said OR...AND would be awesome, but apparently that's asking too much =T..... for a woman, she automatically thinks of doing all those things and more for her man. but a man is completely opposite, and seems to think it is SO HARD to treat a woman.... Right. i am realizing more and more how hard it is to teach my boyfriend how to treat a Lady in general, NOT just me...! (his previous girlfriends obviously didn't do a good job).
for example: one time i was extremely happy and in a good mood. and he purposely ruined it and was rude to me becuase he was tired and hungry. completely had nothing to do w/ me, but not holding in his irritation in order to continue my good mood led me to become unhappy and mad. but if he had just tried to control his temper a bit, which is ALL i ask, it would've been fine. =T i don't know if to you this seems like asking too much, but i don't think so. because as a Team, we are in it together, and shouldn't take things out on eachother. and if everything i do is to keep him happy and in a good mood, but he doesn't do the same for me, it kinds ruins things. hope that makes sense. sometimes just taking time out to say nice things would do WORLDS of a difference in the relationship...it does take time and work for you as a man to do, but it is soooo appreciated by the woman!!

We really want men to listen to us. Sorta like this Q and A site. . You ask a question, some of the people do not even read the whole question ,before they start answering. You may only get one person to actually answer the full question.. People do not fully listen. Women are not excluded from this. If I ask "what would you like for supper" I do not want to hear. I don't know, I don't care, whatever you want. Then when supper is ready say " I wish we had_______." Speak up. And listen.
