STRESS CAN AFFECT ANY PART OF THE BODY AND THE MIND. YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT CAN BE STRESSING YOU. IF YOU CAN NOT FIGURE IT OUT, YOU NEED TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR BECAUSE IT COULD BE SOMETHING OTHER THAN STRESS. HOPEFULLY IT'S NOT ANYTHING OTHER THAN STRESS.

Can not sleep or sleeping too much.Forgetfulness,tightning in chest,headaches,constipation,all can be stress related.
